Based on the outcomes from the Discovery Call, we'll clarify specific next steps to address your manager development needs, and move forward formalizing our work together.

Program participants at your company will receive 1 on 1 outreach from our team in order to onboard them into their new training programs, and assess their current strengths and weaknesses before starting.

Your managers will be in good hands as our team supports them in their learning and development journey using our best-in-class curriculum and training methods, and keeping your team up-to-date on their progress.

We can further support your managers as they get Oxygen certified and eventually move into their post-course journey, coaching them as they continue to apply what they've learned and develop more advanced skills. We call this our Manager Help Desk.
