Ashley Fina
Ashley Fina is the former CEO of MCF Recognition, a leading employee reward & recognition company. She led the business to a successful exit to Halo (owned by TPG). Ashley has spent her career partnering with CEOs and CHROs of Fortune 1000s along with growth stage companies to achieve their company goals and drive results. She is an expert in human capital management and leading and growing teams. Since 2019, she has supported some of the fastest growing companies as an Executive Coach, Advisor, and Facilitator.
Nick Herinckx
Nick Herinckx is a multi-time founder and 3x fastest growing CEO, as well as an expert in business scaling, leadership growth & personal growth. As a coach since 2017, he’s helped 100+ CEOs as their private coach with an average coaching relationship lasting 3.5 years. He has experience supporting entrepreneurs & their leadership teams through 20+ successful exits and 50+ successful fundraising rounds.
